To start the exchange process, we must be contacted within 7 calendar days and have the item returned back to us within 14 days of you receiving the item(s). To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging including the jewelry pouch. Item(s) will be inspected once received and will not be eligible for exchange if showing any signs of wear. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the to and from shipping for the exchange.
